RITUAL Nordic Spa seeks a positive, energetic Nordic Circuit Host to join our friendly team!

The Role

Our Hosts help ensure an outstanding guest experience by welcoming everyone into the spa & providing knowledge and advice on how to get the best results from our hot + cold circuit. They keep the circuit running efficiently and make sure that all facilities are clean & organized.

Responsibilities:

Provide a warm encounter with guests to promote comfort and ease Escort guests on facility tours & explain process and benefits of sauna circuit Maintain highest level of cleanliness of entire spa facility Perform regular maintenance, cleaning and testing of Plunge pool, sauna and steam room Check changerooms regularly to stock lockers with towels and ensure provided amenities are full Consistently circulate around spa and outside to patio areas to ensure areas are clean Fold clean laundry as necessary and restock all areas where needed Move used linens to designated location for pick up and receive incoming clean linens from linen cleaning company and store them appropriately Responsible to provide weekly/monthly inventory of cleaning supplies and restock when necessary Work as a team and help with opening and closing duties Report any problems (maintenance, guest issues, IT, equipment failure, accidents) to Spa Supervisor/Manager for quick resolution

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities

Experience in a public-facing, hosting, or customer service role (preferred) High energy, positive, upbeat approach to helping people Punctuality and exemplary time management High attention to detail, good organization skills Solution oriented and able to quickly problem solve Willing to help & support your teammates daily Available to work weekends, including holidays as needed Strong demonstration of cleanliness and skills related to disinfection, sanitization Knowledge and understanding of spa operations and treatments an asset Love of sauna & Nordic principles

Must be 18+ years old
