We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily spa operations, lead the team with calm authority, and ensure an exceptional level of guest experience. This role is ideal for a natural leader who values structure, precision, and compassion , qualities that reflect true Zen hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily spa operations and staff coordination (therapists, front desk, estheticians)
Support the management in achieving monthly KPI goals (sales, retention, membership, retail)
Ensure guest satisfaction through timely communication and service recovery
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relations
Supervise and train staff to align with Kiku Wellness standards and SOPs
Review Zenoti reports and operational data to monitor performance accuracy
Foster a calm, organized, and supportive environment for both guests and staff
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in spa, hospitality, or wellness
Calm, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (English required; Japanese is an asset)
Able to balance daily operations with team motivation and performance accountability
Proficient in using Zenoti or similar spa software systems
Available on weekends and peak seasons
