Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies and account management. This role requires a strong background in outside sales, with a focus on B2B sales and technology solutions. The Sales Executive will engage with clients to understand their needs, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service.

Duties

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market analysis Build and maintain strong relationships while expanding the customer base Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to maximize revenue Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and industry trends Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully Experience in business development and account management Familiarity with technology sales is highly desirable Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment A passion for sales with a commitment to achieving targets and delivering results

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
