About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing IT sales team in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology sales - with a special interest or experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Transformation solutions.
This role involves building long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the North American IT market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across IT services, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
  • Understand client pain points and position RPA, AI, and IT service offerings to solve business challenges.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and solution pitch to closure and post-sales coordination.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to align customer solutions and ensure satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, automation technologies, and competitive offerings.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the IT or technology services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling IT services, software, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian IT market and enterprise client landscape.
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
  • Hands-on experience selling or working with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-based solutions, chatbots, or data-driven automation offerings.
  • Experience working with enterprise or government sector clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Consultative sales approach with a focus on business value and ROI.
