Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and personable

HVAC Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of heating and cooling systems and enjoys helping customers find the best comfort solutions for their homes or businesses. You'll be responsible for generating leads, preparing quotes, and closing sales while maintaining CK Mechanical's reputation for honesty and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on residential and commercial leads Conduct on-site assessments and consultations Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for HVAC system installations or upgrades Educate customers on available products, rebates, and financing options Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate sales records and customer communications Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HVAC sales or related technical sales (construction, mechanical, or building services) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and comfort solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Proficiency with quoting software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
