Established in 2021, Wind Sips is a tea experience company featuring tea sommelier crafted tea flights with connections to self and others through tea parties, customized teaware, tea flavor fusion recipes and lifestyle culture items. We are looking for a Social Media Manager with ecommerce experience. The successful candidate for this position will utilize their expertise in digital marketing execution for content creation and management of all social channels, maintain ad budget, a network and relationship builder of influencers and regional Brand Ambassadors, while working closely with our design, brand, and sales teams. Responsibilities:

• Crafter of marketing content and copy in alignment with branding and sales goals;
• Plan and capitalize on in the moment trend opportunities for product marketing to connect to content marketing to build and engage the Wind Sipper community;
• Implement and contribute to annual/seasonal integrated marketing plans and cross-channel GTM activation plans, across channels, company media assets portfolio (PR, Influencers, Events, Promotions, Ecommerce, Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Media, Social, etc.);
• Build and manage Wind Sips public relations network through influencers and key regional brand ambassador relationships with defined KPI?s and ROI?s;
• Liaison between community management, SEO team, and marketing;
• Ownership of ad and digital marketing budget;
• Management of Wind Sipper loyalty program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Social Media Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, MBA, or equivalent experience;
• Experience with HootSuite, or another equivalent social media calendar tool, and the ability to show a portfolio.
• 3+ years social media, agency, enterprise & community marketing campaigns with paid and organic advertising to drive brand growth;
• Digital Ad budget experience including: Meta Business Suite, A/B testing
• Digital fluency proficiency;
• Strong communication skills;
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask;
• Collaborative relationship building and problem-solving skills;
• Enjoys tea.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year Benefits:
