Job Description




Endy is looking for a collaborative, curious, and creative Social Media Manager to join its Brand Strategy & Communications team. In this role, you will own each of Endy\xe2\x80\x99s organic social media touch-points with customers, including content planning, posting, copywriting, reporting, and growth.


Our ideal candidate recognizes the power of social media to drive brand love and build meaningful, two-way relationships with new and loyal customers. You are a strong writer, passionate about growing the Endy brand through social, and enjoy social media and community-building almost as much as you love sleep.

What You\'ll Do:

    • Build on and execute Endy\xe2\x80\x99s organic social media content strategy with three primary goals: grow audience, increase community engagement, and drive clicks & conversion
    • Generate, repurpose, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, or video) to engage, attract, and connect with our social community across all organic platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok)
    • Create a dynamic social content calendar, achieving KPIs through effective content planning and real-time customer engagement
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
    • Craft engaging copy for social media channels, adapting Endy\xe2\x80\x99s brand voice to social platforms
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create buzz around new products, partnerships, retail launches, employment opportunities, and other brand news
    • Monitor all mentions and DMs, directing inquiries as appropriate
    • Surface insights for the organization based on social listening, market trends, and platform innovations
    • Monitor and engage with UGC and influencer content daily across platforms
    • Work with PR and HR teams on initiatives to forward employee advocacy, employer branding, and thought leadership through social
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and implement them into Endy\'s social media strategy


Who You Are:

    • 4+ years of experience in social media marketing and content marketingAutonomous, independent, and self-motivated\xe2\x80\x94with support from your manager, you largely find your own path to achieve aggressive KPIs
    • Direct experience in growing a following on social media on behalf of major, mid-size, startup or personal brand
    • Savvy and knowledgeable in social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
    • Proven ability to be highly creative and innovative, including experience developing engaging social content
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform social media strategy and decision-making
    • Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manage
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to social media is a plus
    • Strong time management and communication skills
    • A curious, passionate, and collaborative team member, motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment and help team members achieve their goals with your expertise
    • Passionate about protecting the brand and keeps a finger-on-the-pulse of relevant Canadian news and trending topics
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
    • Sharp visual eye with working knowledge of graphic design tools (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)
    • Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset
