About the role

Coinsite operates a growing Bitcoin ATM network across British Columbia. We're looking for someone who can keep a multi-location operation running smoothly -- from helping bring new host sites live to making sure existing locations stay supported and operational. If you're organized, people-friendly, and strong at follow-through, you'll do well here.

What you'll do

Support expansion by helping line up and onboard new host locations Coordinate site launch logistics (scheduling, readiness checks, install coordination) Track machine uptime and respond quickly when something goes offline Coordinate fixes with internal teams, vendors, and location staff Maintain clear communication with store partners and handle day-to-day requests Keep simple operational documentation: updates, issue logs, and follow-ups

What you bring

Strong communication and coordination skills Comfortable managing multiple locations and shifting priorities Reliable, hands-on, and calm under pressure Experience in field operations / site coordination / route operations is a bonus

Requirements

Valid Driver's Licence (required)

Vancouver, BC: reliable commute or relocation before start (preferred) High school diploma/GED (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
