Richmond Hill Soccer Club (RHSC) is seeking a League1 Operations & Discipline Coordinator to lead operations for the club's High-Performance programs, specifically our League1 Ontario programs (League2, and League1 Reserve). This role supports RHSC's growth in Ontario's senior High-Performance pathway. The position uniquely combined high-level competition management, sponsorship engagement, discipline coordination, and match day operations across multiple club levels.
What You'll Do
Coordinate all League1 Ontario, League2, and Reserve team operations (registrations, scheduling, compliance, and logistics).
Oversee home match day operations -- from facility setup to post-match reporting, covering both League2 and League1 Reserve events.
Liaison for Recreational, Competitive and High-Performance (OPDL / L1 Ontario) discipline matters
Manage all non-compliance cases for both OPDL and L1 Ontario
Provide House League Support during nights, pre-season, and post-season periods.
Manage away match day operations, including travel planning/bookings, equipment and kits
Drive sponsorship and partnership engagement, which includes creating proposals, conducting discovery meetings, managing activations, and handling relationship management
Manage YRDSB/YCDSB/Holy Trinity School Sessions as part of community outreach efforts.
Support player pathway integration between OPDL, League1 Reserve, and League2.
Support social media and website communications with regards to League1 Ontario teams.
Work with club staff, volunteers, and community partners to deliver a top-tier matchday and club experience, including building a supporters section for home games.
What We're Looking For
Experience in soccer operations, event management, and sponsorship relations (preferably).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
Flexible availability (evenings/weekends for matches).
Knowledge of Ontario's soccer landscape (League1, OPDL, Competitive) is an asset.

Compensation:
$52,000 CAD per annum
Able to join the RHSC benefit program immediately
$50 CAD monthly cell phone allowance
