Site Superintendent - Residential Condominium Development (Saskatoon)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Superintendent to lead onsite construction for a planned residential condominium development in Saskatoon. This role will oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion. Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth scheduling and workflow. Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Conduct site inspections, resolve construction issues, and ensure quality control across all phases. Communicate regularly with project management, consultants, and stakeholders regarding progress, timelines, and updates.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Site Superintendent on residential, multifamily, or condo development projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, building systems, and site safety. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple trades and timelines in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to high-quality workmanship and maintaining a safe, professional job site.
