Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s
- R\xc3\xa9pondre aux questions et demandes des clients par courriel et t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone ;
- Prendre les commandes des clients ;
- G\xc3\xa9rer l\'inventaire et en faire le suivi ;
- R\xc3\xa9aliser toutes autres t\xc3\xa2ches connexes.
- Exp\xc3\xa9rience en service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le ;
- Connaissances ou comp\xc3\xa9tences en m\xc3\xa9canique, un atout ;
- Bilinguisme fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais ;
- Aisance avec l\'informatique ;
- Esprit d\'\xc3\xa9quipe et de collaboration.
