Here\xe2\x80\x99s the impact you\xe2\x80\x99ll make! In this role, you wear several hats: part consultant, strategist, and communications expert supporting sales incentives and recognition strategy. Focusing on 6 - 24 months out, you will support the leadership team on ensuring the team delivers on their annual big rocks and communication strategies. You will help to interlock the team\'s overall plans and process while working closely with other teams inside our business. As a proven high performer, you will develop exceptional content to support our stakeholder community, while working in close collaboration with our cross functional business partners to develop critical business programs.
Here\xe2\x80\x99s how
Build a thorough understanding of sales incentive strategic planning to help develop and deliver Sales Incentive Plans
Ability to create a strategy from a blank piece of paper and then bring it to life
Manage strategic, event and program-based initiatives individually and/or in collaboration with stakeholders (i.e. roadshows)
Act as a trusted advisor to our cross-functional business partners to answer routine questions and provide guidance about incentives and the incentive-building process
Manage ongoing communications with the stakeholder community to ensure all teams are aligned with new developments
Produce and provide guidance on new processes, documentation and workflows to stakeholders
Develop internal sites for communication sharing that are visually appealing and user-friendly
Working with the Sr. P&C advisor supporting the TELUS recognition programs and initiatives
Qualifications
You\xe2\x80\x99re the missing piece of the puzzle
Identifies new opportunities and concepts that help inform our business strategies to deliver our corporate goals
Is an excellent communicator and storyteller with the ability to execute visual components
Is a self-starter who has the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, quickly adapt and pivot when the need arises while managing multiple priorities
Content writing experience for multiple media platforms
Strong powerpoint and excel skills required
