ICON Property Management is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead the transition of a new luxury condominium development from construction to full operation. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new community. You will be working with the condominium's developer, board of directors, community residents, and contractors to ensure seamless operations and long-term success.

What You'll Do:



As the Senior Property Manager, you lead building operations, financial management, and client relations for this flagstone property. You will be responsible for budgeting, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with the condominium corporation's regulatory obligations. You will play a key role in maintaining the luxury standards of this development and mentoring a high-performing team to reach a new standard of excellence.

Your Responsibilities Include:



Serving as the primary contact for developer, board of direct, and residents.

Managing all financial planning, budget oversight and investment strategies.

Ensuring seamless building operations, including preventative maintenance programs and contractor supervision.

Developing and leading a high-performing team, focusing on training

and performance management.

Spearheading contract negotiations, ensuring the best terms are reached for the condominium's long-term benefit.

Maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes.

What We're Looking For:



General License, in good standing, under the Condominium Regulatory Authority of Ontario.

5 years experience in the condominium management industry with a focus on luxury new construction condo developments.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

Ability to manage various capital projects simultaneously.

Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, procurement, and contract negotiations.

Strong knowledge of the physical building operations.

Technical proficiency; the ability to adopt and implement new technologies for process automations and project tracking.

Strong PC application skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Strong leadership skills to lead employed team members.
