Job Title: Residential Property Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000A local property management company in Vancouver, BC is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and financial performance of assigned properties while providing excellent service to tenants and property owners.What You Will Do:

• Oversee daily operations of residential buildings, including supervising site staff and contractors
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance requirements
• Negotiate and approve rental agreements, ensuring compliance with lease terms
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations, monitoring progress and costs
• Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly
• Ensure timely rent collection and manage accounts receivable
• Prepare and administer property budgets, financial reports, and operating expenses
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, including building managers and maintenance personnel
• Ensure compliance with local bylaws, regulations, and building codes
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and property showings

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act & Real Estate Services Act
• Proven experience managing residential rental properties, including multi-unit buildings
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Property Management certification is an asset
