As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you live and breathe product marketing and know the immense value this strategic function brings to an organization. You will be responsible for core go-to-market activities and ongoing product success throughout the product lifecycle, defining product positioning by understanding the market, buyers and key competitors. This role synthesizes information and serves as an internal and external evangelist and influencer to ensure all sales, marketing and buying teams (prospects) are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and information to properly position the Axonify solution to ensure we continue to win in the market.

The things you'll do:

  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Differentiate and elevate the Axonify solution with strong positioning and messaging that cuts through, as well as relevant customer stories
  • Sales Enablement: Work with the enablement team to develop and deliver product-related assets and training to support the success of the Axonify BDR and sales team
  • Content Development and Demand Generation: Support our industry programs teams to create and deliver product-related content (webinars, blogs, e-books, web content, customer stories, collateral etc.) to put our product into context for the people we serve, and increase Axonify's presence as a thought-leader within the industry and support the buying process
  • Analysts and Awards: Work with PR team and industry associations, analysts, influencers and media agencies to track and submit Axonify applications for product reviews and awards
  • Product Release Process: Quarterback the launch of new features and releases both internally and to the market
  • New Product Go-to-Market: Work closely with cross-functional teams like product, sales, development, customer experience and the product management team to flawlessly bring new products to market
  • Other duties as required
The things you bring:
  • Professional Experience: 10 years of software marketing experience ideally with a minimum of at least 2 years in a product marketing role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B sales, marketing funnel and how businesses purchase software
  • Experience: Understanding of full-stack marketing mix including market/competitive assessment, content and digital marketing/demand generation, marketing/sales collateral development and more
  • Performance Mindset: Able to both think strategically and roll up your sleeves and dig into the details.
  • Cool under pressure: Results-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle the pace, shifting priorities and multiple demands in a rapidly growing company and dynamically changing market
  • Strong communications: You're comfortable presenting to large audiences and delivering sales training sessions/webinars
  • Passion to get-it-done: You're a self-starter who provides creative solutions to business challenges. You're independent and take-charge while being a consummate team player
  • Powerful influence: You can influence and motivate people to take action at all levels and functions across the organization and beyond with customers, partners and analysts
Work location:
