Real Estate Webmasters (REW) is looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing high-performing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns focusing on the Real Estate industry. These campaigns will drive traffic, increase conversions, and help our clients achieve their goals. You will work closely with a team of other PPC specialists to develop and execute successful strategies that will align with REW\'s overall goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective PPC campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve business goals.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify and prioritize high-performing keywords.
  • Manage daily campaign activities, including budget allocation, ad copy creation, and testing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance, comparing current campaign execution strategies with new ideas to find incremental improvements
  • Assure keyword targets, landing page content, and text ad copy are all in close alignment with REW guidelines and optimized
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new platforms/tools.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Mentor and train team members on PPC best practices and strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing successful PPC campaigns in GoogleAds.
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles, keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copy creation/testing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience mentoring and training team members.
