As a member of the marketing team, the Senior Digital Advertising Specialist will execute marketing campaigns on our digital channels and expand on our marketing mix to help meet our leads and sales targets. As an internal subject-matter expert, you will be part of the strategic development of how we leverage digital channels to reach business objectives.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of Paid Advertising across SEM Channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic, Etc.)
• Maintain regular reporting and performance analysis of channels and campaigns to ensure continuous optimization and accountability.
• Be an internal SME for all things Digital Advertising. Help educate and inform internal employees, partners, and other partners on how we use these channels.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties as required to execute campaigns. Consult with other members of the Digital and Content team as needed.
• Develop relationships with vendors and platforms and keep informed of all best practices and new ideas in the industry.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

Must-have...

• University Degree; Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
• 5 years of paid media (SEM) experience in a corporate, agency and/or B2B environment
• Previous experience in the payment industry considered an asset
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of reporting and analytics in platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Tableau (nice to have)
• Solid experience of compiling / analyzing data, sharing recommendations
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets: Vlookups, Pivots, etc.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal). Bilingualism is an asset. Mandarin, Cantonese is an asset.
• A strategic thinker
• Excellent PPC Copy-writing
• Comfortable sharing simplified reports / insights with senior leadership and larger teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Multi-tasker / Project management skills
• MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs

• Payment Processing Industry experience

Our Sales and Marketing department is made up of eight functions: MARCOM, National Sales, B2B Sales, Regional Sales, Sales Support, Sales Centre and IBLR , Sales and Marketing Analytics, and Financial Institutions. Together, our goal is to evolve our sales operations, talent and go-to-market strategy to continue winning in F2F, grow our e-commerce market share, and position Moneris as a true omni-channel payments leader.
