Marketing Specialist
12 Month Contract Position
As of September 2022 in our new hybrid work environment, we will be moving to our new office workspace located at 6911 Creditview Road in Mississauga, ON.

Drive sales of assigned vendor products through the creation, coordination, planning and organization of marketing projects and strategic marketing initiatives.
Thoughtful collaborator working closely with leading IT industry vendors and internal business partners and aligned product managers.
Greet, executive vendor activities and ensure appropriate POP is signed off on.
Directly responsible for the coordination and planning of promotional activities/marketing calendar for assigned vendor\xe2\x80\x99s marketing strategies utilizing a variety of communication vehicles. (i.e., website, newsletters, reseller events, blitz days)
Responsible for the identification of market opportunities and vendor proposal creation. Help manage to accrued and incrementally-funded budgets for proposal implementation and executes marketing related activities to support both vendor goals and the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business goals.
Develop business plans to include strategy, program mix, ROI goals and tracks marketing trends related to the vendor and TD SYNNEX.
Monitor market and vendor forecasts and regular tracking of top distribution customers.
Obtain ideas, suggestions, and approaches from the vendor. Develop a budget with the vendor(s).
Perform market research on the product(s) and in-depth data analysis to help promote the partnership.
Collect, analyze, and present ROI statistics to vendor and company executives continuously throughout the TD SYNNEX and vendor\xe2\x80\x99s fiscal year to assess strategic vendor investments.
Budget assessment and management to maintain acceptable profit expectations.
Assist in scheduling of the marketing activities.
Develop the content and instructions to internal creative agency team members.
Submit proper information to the VCM and/or Finance Department.
Your passion is sparked by:
Post-secondary education with a degree in marketing/advertising and/or communications would be preferred.
Ability to manage and track marketing projects and timelines effectively through program execution.
Strong communicator with customer focused relationship building skills.
Effective project manager with a strong attention to detail.
Experienced at tracking and analyzing results, ability to measure key metrics.
3 years relevant work experience.
Able to multi-task and stay focused.
Ability to prioritize, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office Suite
