In this role, you will be responsible for leading, maintaining and supporting Conexus\xe2\x80\x99 network infrastructure.How you\xe2\x80\x99ll be spending your time

  • Leading, managing and delivering all aspects of IT network and its connectivity which includes design, installation, configuration, maintenance, support, documentation, and recovery
  • Leading the fulfillment of ongoing and future organizational IT network and operations needs which includes researching, analyzing, recommending and implementing changes
  • Providing tier 2 and tier 3 support for all Conexus employees on technical issues and business operations which includes trouble shooting, analyzing, resolving or referring to third party vendor
  • Providing support to the Network Administration team in their technical responsibilities
  • Providing technical support and guidance for the security team to assess IT vulnerabilities; responsible to determine & implement practical mitigation solutions; monitor systems to evaluate performance impact

  • 10 + years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in an enterprise IT environment, 5+ years supporting networking technologies.
  • Cisco CCNP/CCIE certifications considered an asset
  • Experience with Cisco router and switch platforms including IOS-XE and NS-OX software
  • Experience with Cisco wireless and Firepower Threat Defense Firewalls including Site-to-Site VPN\xe2\x80\x99s and remote access services
  • Experience managing WAN circuits, including MPLS, VPLS, VPN
  • Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) experience considered an asset
  • Extensive knowledge in Dynamic routing including BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF
  • F5 (Load Balancer) experience considered an asset
  • Supporting AWS network environments experience considered an asset
