We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Property Administrator to join our retail team located at Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for lease administration, accounts receivable and overall support the Senior Manager Portfolio Administration and Property Management team.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Financial reporting: assist with prep/analysis for budgets/forecasts, prep work for budget files.
  • Lease administration: Lease set-up, determination of billing rates, area adjustments, legal clause set-up, prebill (global update), welcome package, final Lease review, support collections, analyze AR balances, provide support and explanation to Tenants, administer change in control, legal info, assignments. Ensure all legal documents are entered into JDE in timely manner, review closed deals report. Maintain tracker recovery rates/analysis, assist/prepare year end packages, head office inquiries/audit requests, prep Tax appeal adjustments, oversee documentation of departmental processes.
  • Manage process manual documentation, internal lease setup audit review
  • Providing support to management and head office accounting and legal departments. Including budgeting, tracking of costs, tenant and lease information, and building information.
  • Other administration duties as required.
To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years in shopping centre administration with experience in lease administration, accounting, credit and collections
  • Education: completion of a university degree or college diploma
  • Have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Thrive in a fast paced, high volume work environment that constantly evolves and adapts.
