This is a unique opportunity to join the Acceo Retail Solutions team and drive the marketing and communication strategy. This is a position that requires an experienced individual with a blended business and marketing background who is capable of \xe2\x80\x9cdriving\xe2\x80\x9d our marketing, communication and branding efforts.

The Senior Marketing Manager will work in collaboration with the individual Business Units to understand our industry, solutions and offerings, and will then identify, develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to strengthen and expand our existing customer base, increase lead generation and drive net new sales activity. This individual will be responsible for gathering market intelligence, planning, organizing and executing marketing campaigns. We are looking for a self-starter to design, lead and shape our marketing initiatives and to achieve marketing operational excellence.

The Senior Marketing Manager will work with both internal staff and outside VARs and partners to deliver on marketing initiatives. Effective communication, teamwork and leadership is required as is an entrepreneurial spirit. This position will report to the Director, Sales and Marketing.

What you will do:

• Creation of the annual marketing plan
• Assist in the upkeep of the marketing budget.
• Assist in the sourcing of new VARs and opening the US market.
• Primary point of contact for lead acquisition
• Work with VARs/Partners to ensure brand recognition.
• Oversee public relations (manage the public image of the organization, migrating anything that may make it less favourable to potential consumers, issuing communications that promote public approuval)
• Act as copy editor (proofread and check all marketing and social media collateral)
• Act as Brand Manager (overseeing the public\'s perception of the brand\'s image, ensure that products and services
• align with brand values from marketing campaigns through product and service design and packaging)
• Product Marketing (understand company products, translate technical details into benefits for the user, develop marketing strategies such as pricing,
• advertising, product launching)
• Upkeep of Acceo Retail Solutions web pages
• Digital Marketing (SEO optimization, Google and web analytics, keyword analysis)
• Campaign Set-Up (assist with management of digital and social media campaigns, launch and
• maintain WordPress blogs and websites)
• Content management (assist in developing content for collateral, newsletters, digital ads and website)
• Creation of sales battlecards
• Assist in building sales channels and upkeep of the channel portal.
• Supervision of Marketing Staff
