Job Description

Job Duties: The senior manager reports directly to the owner of PVS Buttar and is responsible
for the following duties and responsibilities:
? Responsible for overall planning, evaluating, and directing through managers, for
ensuring seamless delivery across the Company's service offerings/divisions including
Management Consulting, Advisory, Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Accounting as well as
restructuring.
? Develop, implement, and execute the strategic direction of the Company.
? Provide managerial oversight and approve policies and take active part in personnel
planning for middle managers.
? Organize departments/teams and allocate resources with an aim to streamline
operational processes.
? Responsible for oversight and of preparation and analysis of financial data as well as co-
ordinating with other teams on such work.
? Responsible for ensuring all clients deadlines are met and vendors are paid in a timely
manner.
? Co-ordinate the work between various teams/divisions including Management
Consulting, Advisory, Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Accounting as well as restructuring.
? Represent the Company for Negotiations with Clients and/or Vendors.
? Continually improve processes and introduce new policies, while ensuring absolute
integrity of client data.
? Is responsible for managing schedules and guidelines, devising strategies to improve
systems and services, and lead & co-ordinate the work of various teams, and Implement
the company's policies and regulationsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $83,850.00-$85,000.00 per yearSchedule:
