As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Finance team. You will partner with internal stakeholders, across the organization and internationally, as well as financial professionals, in the presentation of financial results. In addition to leading the financial reporting and planning processes, you will assist with business case analysis and other strategic analysis, working closely with finance and business leaders.

Here\'s How

• Lead and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes for the operational areas of new emerging businesses, including the consolidation of all recently acquired companies\' financials, monthly risks and opportunities analysis, variance analysis, and strategic planning requirements
• Partner with primes and key stakeholders to prepare executive level summary reports and presentations to support decision making
• Analyze results, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to forecasts and processes
• Perform ad-hoc analyses, for example sensitivity analysis on key drivers in the forecast, evaluating business group margin, rate analysis, trend analysis to find risks / opportunities
• Assist with business cases to support investment rationale

• Excellent communications skills to present financial information in a simply easy to understand way leveraging data insights and visualizations
• Recognized as a strong collaborative team player with ability to build strong relationships in a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent numeracy and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven track record with the creation and assessment of complex financial reports
• Able to apply innovative and creative ideas and solutions to complex issues, along with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action
• Able to manage multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in a dynamic, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive work experience in accounting and/or finance-related positions with increasing scope and responsibility
• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Proficient with MS Office and Google applications (advanced Excel skills)
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation

Great to haves

• Software as a Service or Technology industry background considered an asset
• Experience with SAP, S/4 Hana System, SAC Analytics

Salary Range: $86,000-$130,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
