Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English & Mandarin) Senior Education Consultant to provide expert advisory services to students and families, lead admissions planning, and develop high?trust partnerships with schools and universities. This role also collaborates closely with Marketing to create content and events that educate families, build brand credibility, and convert interest into successful admissions outcomes.

Key Responsibilities



Provide expert education consultation for students and families: academic profiling, program/school selection, admissions timelines, document planning (resume/CV, SOP/essays), interview prep, and offer decision support.

Design individualized admissions strategies for secondary, college, undergraduate, and graduate applications; maintain up?to?date knowledge of Canadian (and major US/UK) admissions policies, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.

Develop and execute marketing strategies in partnership with Marketing to promote education and immigration services; contribute topic ideas and client FAQs for campaigns.

Create and manage promotional/educational content across online and offline channels (articles, posts, videos, newsletters, brochures, checklists).

Initiate, build, and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, and educational institutions; manage agency agreements, program updates, and referral protocols.

Organize and participate in events, workshops, and info sessions (online/offline): agenda, speaker prep, presentations, registration follow?ups, and post?event consultations.

Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Zoho), track application pipelines and outcomes, and provide regular reports on leads, offers, yields, and scholarships.

Qualifications



4-6+ years of education consulting, admissions advising, or related student services experience (agency, school, or university setting).

Proven track record guiding applicants to offers across secondary/post?secondary programs; strong knowledge of admissions requirements and timelines.

Bilingual English & Mandarin with excellent communication and presentation skills; adept at translating complex policies into clear guidance for families.

Experience developing school/university partnerships and managing agency agreements.

Comfort with content creation and events (talks, webinars, workshops) for student and parent audiences.

High standards for ethics, confidentiality, and client care; meticulous attention to detail and documentation.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
