Role Overview

As a Senior UK University Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding Canadian students through the UK university application process. You will collaborate closely with our UK university partners, build relationships with schools across Canada, and help students achieve life-changing opportunities.

This role is ideal for a motivated and knowledgeable professional who thrives in a consultative, target-driven environment and enjoys working in an international education setting.

Key Responsibilities

Advise students on UK universities, programs, entry requirements, and career pathways. Meet and exceed agreed targets for applicants and sales. Collaborate with UK university partners to support student applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with UK universities, Canadian schools, and colleges. Oversee subject area portfolios (e.g., Law) - updating resources, leading presentations, and training the team on new developments. Represent StudyIn at student recruitment events, including school visits, webinars, and UK University Fairs. Travel annually or biannually to the UK for training with partner universities. Support business operations through administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher (UK university experience preferred)

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in education counselling or related experience Sales and target-driven experience with proven results Familiarity with UK higher education and the UCAS application process

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, approachable manner Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
