The Senior Learning Consultant - Leadership Development is a strategic advisor responsible for assessing, managing, and overseeing leadership development programs, curricula and initiatives across Canada Life. This role partners closely with HR Business Relations, HR Centres of Excellence, in addition to the larger HR Learning & Performance teams to ensure learning and performance solutions are aligned with organizational priorities.
While leadership development is the primary focus, the consultant also contributes to broader employee development, career growth, and performance initiatives as needed.
