About the role

In this role, you will report to the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and work side-by-side with a small, but mighty team of experts in the field. You would lead the planning to execution of some impactful DE&I projects related to DE&I and partner closely with your team, HR business partners and leadership, and employee champions.

What you'll do here

Nurture Intact's D&I vision by providing insights and coaching as well as data, analytics and content

Drive D&I initiatives and action plans as well as develop resources and tools to advance our D&I goals

Support employee relations as well as initiatives geared to under-represented talent that promote diversity and inclusion at Intact

Partner with HR, Corporate Communications, Human Resources and Business Partners to operationalize, communicate and promote our efforts

Benchmark best practices and collect/analyze organizational metrics to identify opportunities to strengthening D&I across Intact

Network with external companies and partners to stay current with best practices that will help drive new programs, enhancements and initiatives

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (Business Administration, Human Resources etc.) is preferred

5 or more years' experience in D&I with a solid understanding of principles and best practices

Experience leading projects and change management

Advanced Powerpoint and Excel skills to build impactful presentations for business and HR audiences

An aptitude to aggregate and validate data and develop insights for business stakeholders

Strong written and verbal communication skills

An inspiring team player with a collaborative working style

Can work with precision in a fast-paced setting

Bilingualism (English/ French) is preferred
