Centricity Research is the largest network of fully-owned and integrated clinical research sites in North America and one of the founding members of hyperCORE International. We provide Phase I-IV clinical trial services with specialized focuses in multiple therapeutic areas for example endocrine disorders, real world evidence big data research, vaccine research, and primary care studies.

Centricity provides Sponsors, Clinical Research Organization\xe2\x80\x99s & Academic Research Organization\xe2\x80\x99s access to one of the largest fully owned and operated clinical research site networks within North Ameria at 45 sites across Canada and the United States.

Our goal as an organization is to provide access to medications and devices that can change the lives of people living with different health conditions.

Currently, our team is looking for Volunteer Members to serve on our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Patient Advisory Committee (DEI PAC) on a 2 Year Term. Applicants can be from within Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, Nova Scotia, Ohio, Virginia, Georgia, or Arizona. All meetings will be held virtually.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting once per month with the members of the PAC to discuss practical ways of strengthening Centricity\xe2\x80\x99s commitment to DEI in clinical trials
  • Sharing their experience and advice on monthly topics
  • Independently prepare thoughts and experience, in advance of or as follow-up to, meetings
  • Help establish, review, and monitor best practices on patient recruitment and retention for underrepresented groups
Requirements include:
  • Being able to meet monthly for one hour at pre-determined times for a 2-year term
  • Being able to commit to approximately two hours per month of preparation / follow up for meetings (flexible timing) for a 2-year term
  • Reliable access to internet and a computer to join meetings virtually.
  • While we welcome all passionate volunteers, ideal qualities include:
  • Lived experience as a racialized person or member of a traditionally underrepresented group in clinical research
  • lived experience with medical research (with a preference for previous LMC Manna study participants)
  • Healthcare experience (professional or educational)
  • Medical research experience (professional or educational)
