Job Description
Working on a Regulatory Risk Management project - On- site 1-2 days a week
Typical PCO functions such as assistance with status reporting, plan management, minutes, financials (including assisting with the business case work)
\xe2\x97\x8f Worked alongside the Program Delivery Lead, Program Manager and Project Managers on 3 programs to keep them on track.
\xe2\x97\x8f Worked closely with PM on developing all project artifacts including Charter, Statement of Work, WBS, RAID Logs, Change Control Logs, and Dashboards
\xe2\x97\x8f Developed and managed project schedules using MS Project for multiple projects and coordinated with project teams to ensure adherence to schedule baseline.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensured that all changes were logged through PCR (Project Change Request) and were approved and executed as per project governance guidelines.
\xe2\x97\x8f Managed the Daily Stand-Up Meetings
\xe2\x97\x8f Managed project artifacts and documentation in SharePoint repository.
