As the Senior Analyst, Customer Insights you will be responsible for supporting the business with actionable customer insights that drive business decisions and uncover customer engagement and revenue generating opportunities. This position will also support business partners in their strategy planning by sharing relevant insights and analysis of customer behaviors. What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:
  • Timely and consistent delivery of regular and ad-hoc reporting
  • Collaboration with internal partners on key processes
  • Explore the data and uncover customer insights
  • Contribution to overall Data and Analytics knowledge and methodology
  • Deliver data-driven customer insights to understand customer behavior and identify key drivers and business opportunities that support strategic business decisions
  • Work closely with different stakeholders to understand how they plan strategy to add customer lens to it
  • Build and share tools e.g., customer dashboard, to provide self-serve access to customer data throughout the business
  • Analyze campaign results and report performance with recommendations to stakeholders
  • Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
  • Embrace and seek out technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for customers
  • Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them



What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:
  • Minimum five (5) years of work-related experience
  • Post-secondary education in a quantitative discipline: Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Commerce, or Computer Science preferred
  • Solid SQL skills for querying relational databases
  • Experience using and implementing visualization tools like Power BI
  • Moderate to advance Excel skills
  • Working experience in campaign management or CRM is an asset
  • Travel industry experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of databases and data structures and ability to work with large and complex technical data sets
