The Senior Analyst, Sales Compensation will be a key contributor of the Sales Operations team supporting the R4B Business Unit. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Quota Delivery, the successful candidate will leverage strong communication, analytical skills, and business acumen, which will play an instrumental role in the execution and analysis of key elements supporting the Sales compensation program for the R4B Sales Organization.
What you will do:

  • Work closely with the Comp Delivery, Business Design, Finance, and Sales Management to determine, manage and deliver accurate and timely sales quota for the R4B Organization for the assigned Segments
  • Proactively analyze data to provide insight, as well as identify problem areas to recommend corrective actions to Sales Management
  • Quota Management of Revenue Base, targets, planning, and maintenance
  • Perform ongoing audits to ensure the integrity of data and reporting
  • Responsible for investigation and issues resolution of assigned Segments. Present recommendations, execute, and communicate approval related to Sales Operations
  • Recommend and implement processes to support new initiatives resulting in value-added change
  • Partner with the R4B Compensation delivery team to analyze commission trending and performance distribution reports - effectively ‘telling the story’ to management accompanied by highlights and recommendations for adjustment and improvements
  • Complete other ad hoc requests, and participate in working-level meetings and ongoing projects, as required

Key Skills:
  • SQL knowledge
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills are a must
  • Strong knowledge of Anaplan and Salesforce platform
  • Excellent presentation skills, ability and self-confidence to work with all levels of management
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and understand concepts, investigate issues, solve problems, promote efficiency/automation, make decisions, manage processes, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details
  • Display a sense of urgency
  • Customer-service oriented

What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience working within a Sales compensation environment and Revenue/Account Assignment an asset
  • Bilingual English/French considered an asset
