Our rapidly growing insurance brokerage is seeking a Senior Analyst, Corporate Development to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Development the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Corporate Development function including mergers, acquisitions, financings and new ventures. The role will evolve and grow along with the business. StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is an independent insurance brokerage headquartered in Ancaster, Ontario with more than 56 locations across Canada. Job Duties: \xc2\xb7 Perform analysis for corporate development functions including financial modelling, forecasting and synergy analysis \xc2\xb7 Support M&A and operational due diligence and post-deal integration \xc2\xb7 Prepare presentations for senior management, board members and potential partners \xc2\xb7 Support the development of operational, financial and KPI reporting for senior management \xc2\xb7 Assist with preparation of annual budgets \xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc projects as required Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail, willingness to learn and a self-starter \xc2\xb7 Proven problem-solving skills and able to make timely decisions \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both internal and external partners \xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline driven environment \xc2\xb7 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with financial modelling and experience developing presentations in PowerPoint Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business or related field \xc2\xb7 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting, due diligence, consulting, corporate finance or investment banking role \xc2\xb7 CPA/CA, CFA or CBV designation or working towards preferred \xc2\xb7 Experience in corporate finance/mergers and acquisitions in insurance is an asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits:
