As the Instructional Designer Senior Advisor, you will provide expertise on curriculum design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Description:
As an Instructional Designer Senior Advisor, you combine academic knowledge with practical experience in instructional design, graphic design, and modern learning environments. Using your knowledge of planning, design, and development, you will create learning solutions, programs and products using various methodologies and modalities. Using a consultative approach, you will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to determine the learning needs that will help achieve organizational and development goals. You will also bring a comprehensive knowledge of adult learning principles, employee and leadership development, and evaluation to the role. Experience with project management and working with all instructional design aspects of a project from inception to completion is essential. As the Instructional Designer you can apply practical knowledge about instructional practices, learning outcomes, and delivery modalities, and advise colleagues, clients, and leaders regarding your area of expertise. You have experience developing for multiple modalities, with a focus on facilitated learning (in-person/virtual) and eLearning. Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 or Adobe Captivate is essential. Things are always changing in the world of adult learning, so you will also need to stay abreast of current trends and best practices to help AHS provide learners with the best solutions for their development needs.
