Senior Accountant (On-site)

About the Job Are you eager to learn and gain valuable experience?

In this dynamic role, you will work in our facility in Abbotsford under the direction of the CFO. As a member of the finance team, you will be responsible to assist the CFO in the preparation of timely and accurate financial information for the company such as the monthly consolidated management statements for the company, Year End consolidations for, cashflow planning, tax planning, and Capital Expenditure reviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory accounting, maintaining a fixed asset ledger for capital equipment, and performing full-cycle accounting activities.

Your Qualifications

You possess strong technical accounting knowledge and are comfortable learning new skills, systems, and technology. You are willing to \'roll up your sleeves\' and get the work done. Your qualifications include:

• Working towards CPA designation.
• Full-cycle accounting experience and bookkeeping experience will be an asset.
• 1 year of experience in Payroll is preferred.
• At least 3 years of Accounting is preferred.
