The Security Guard Officer will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of individuals on-site.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security protocols. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Assist in conflict management and resolution as necessary. Collaborate with local law enforcement when required. Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor activities. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.

Skills

Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures. Experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred. Proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies. Ability to manage conflicts effectively with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus. Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security technologies. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately in emergencies.
