Position Overview

Security Guard Group is currently hiring a

Full-Time Security Guard

to join our dedicated team. This position is located at a site that is

not accessible by public transportation

; therefore,

only applicants who own a personal vehicle and hold a valid G driver's license

will be considered.

Responsibilities

Patrol and monitor assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property Maintain a strong security presence while remaining courteous and professional Observe and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely incident and daily activity reports Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Operate and utilize security-related technology and systems Follow site-specific procedures and respond promptly to emergencies Maintain a professional appearance and represent Security Guard Group Limited with integrity

Shifts

8-hour or 12-hour shifts (days, evenings, and overnights)

Full-time position with open availability required

, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

Valid

Ontario Security Guard License

Valid CPR/First Aid

from a WSIB approved agency Valid

G Driver's License

Legally eligible to work in Canada

Personal vehicle

for travel to and from the site (mandatory)

Smartphone

with internet connection Excellent communication and report writing skills Strong observation abilities and attention to detail Comfortable working independently at night

Pay: From $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
