Position Overview

Security Guard Group is currently seeking a

Full-Time Security Guard

to join our growing team in

Cobourg, Ontario

. This site is

not accessible by public transportation

, therefore

only applicants who own a personal vehicle and possess a valid G driver's license

will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

Patrol and monitor assigned areas to maintain a safe and secure environment Maintain a visible security presence while acting with professionalism and integrity Observe, investigate, and accurately document all incidents and occurrences Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Operate and utilize security technology and access control systems Follow site-specific procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies Prepare detailed daily reports and incident documentation Demonstrate strong attention to detail and situational awareness at all times

Shifts

8-hour or 12-hour shifts (days, evenings, and overnights)

Full-time position

Requirements

Valid

Ontario Security Guard License

Valid

G Driver's License

Legally eligible to work in Canada Must own a

personal vehicle

(mandatory for this location)

Smartphone

with internet connection Strong communication and report writing skills Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure
