Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team in Southwestern Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing top-notch security services.

Responsibilities

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons at assigned premises. Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations. Prepare detailed incident reports as necessary. Operate surveillance equipment and monitor CCTV feeds. Collaborate with law enforcement when required. Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed. Assist in loss prevention strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Security Guard or similar position.

Valid first aid and CPR certification. Knowledge of surveillance systems and CCTV operations. Strong understanding of law enforcement procedures. Excellent conflict management skills. Military experience is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
