Security Guard
Job Description
Must be able to:
Intervene immediately to safeguard the wellbeing of coworkers and customers
Maintain a high level of customer-centred service that reflects the established training standard.
Hold a valid security license (limited unlicensed positions available)
Observe clients for escalating behaviours and intervene using non-violent crisis intervention
Fill out incident report forms as needed
Assist team with opening & closing duties that include cleaning and other general tasks.
Worker Health & Safety Certificate in 5 steps mandatory
MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO MEET THE PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB.
MUST BE COMFORTABLE INTERVENING IN CONFLICTS
MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH PATRONS WHO CAN BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
