If so, this is your chance to play a key role in shaping the technology that powers the entertainment business!We are looking for a Salesforce & Data Integration Manager to lead the management, optimization, and integration of our core business tools-including Salesforce, NetSuite, and more-ensuring seamless connectivity with our proprietary systems. You will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and product teams to enhance operational efficiency, maintain data accuracy, and provide valuable business insights.What You'll Do:- Manage Salesforce: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Salesforce to optimize workflows for sales and business development teams.
- Automate & Optimize: Implement automation workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to improve efficiency.
- Enhance Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable data to teams working with promoters, venues, festivals, labels, and artists.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Conduct regular data audits and enforce best practices for data entry and integrity.
- Support Users: Train and assist sales and business teams to maximize the use of Salesforce and troubleshoot issues.
- Integrate Business Systems: Oversee Salesforce integrations with NetSuite and other platforms, ensuring smooth data flow across departments.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT to align Salesforce functionalities with business goals.
- Vendor & Account Management: Serve as the key contact for Salesforce, NetSuite, and other tool providers, negotiating contracts and optimizing system performance.What You Bring:- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with expertise in CRM optimization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.) and data management best practices.
- Experience with NetSuite system integration is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with the sales process in the entertainment industry, working with event promoters, venues, festivals, and artists.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create performance-driven reports and dashboards.
