Position: A/R Analyst
Location: Montreal
Job Type: 1-year contract
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in office: Tuesday and Wednesday; 3 days from home)Are you a savvy A/R Analyst with a talent for resolving payment disputes and managing customer chargebacks? If you\'re ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!Position Overview:As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you\'ll be a crucial member of our back-office Finance team, responsible for the full spectrum of credit analysis, dispute & claim management, collections, reconciliations, and month-end procedures.Duties and Responsibilities:- Analyze customer risk by periodically reviewing financial data and recommending appropriate credit limits
- Follow up on collections and maintain the integrity of the accounts receivable base
- Identify and resolve payment disputes and discrepancies promptly
- Manage a high volume of customer chargebacks and deductions
- Identify system and process improvements, focusing on operational excellence
- Interact with internal departments (Sales and Operations) during the deduction validation process
- Onboard new customersRequirements:- 2 years of experience in identifying and resolving payment disputes and discrepancies
- Experience managing a high volume of customer chargebacks and deductions
- Ability to prioritize and manage a large workload
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
- Focus on providing excellence in customer service
