We are seeking a Senior Credit Officer to join a growing and dynamic finance team in the Health & Service industry.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of customer accounts to discuss timely payment of outstanding balances. The Credit Officer will work closely with clients, and accounting and sales teams to resolve outstanding issues and maintain good relationships with customers.If you are a motivated, detail-oriented individual with good customer service skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The company offers a salary of up to $39 per hour according to experience and opportunities for career growth and development.Responsibilities:- Contact customers by phone, email, or mail to perform soft collections and resolve outstanding issues
- Follow up with B2B clients
- Work closely with accounting and sales teams to identify and resolve payment issues
- Perform cash applications
- Administrate accounts receivable area
- Execute other related tasksTo have an idea of the breakdown:- 70% deduction resolution
- 20% dispute resolution
- 10% collectionsRequirements:- At least 2 years of experience in B2B credit cash applications and deduction dispute resolution
- Experience working with clients within the retail sector is considered an asset
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP (an asset)
