- Career Growth - Work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to high-level projects and strategic initiatives.What are your responsibilities?- Manage Executive Calendars - Prioritize and evaluate requests for meetings, manage the agenda of the Assistant General Manager, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Handle Communications - Organize and manage emails, delegating tasks and requests to appropriate teams while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support Strategic Projects - Contribute to the successful execution of key strategic initiatives and help achieve the targets set by the Assistant General Manager.
- Provide Administrative Support - Offer assistance to management teams, ensuring efficient workflow and providing logistical support for key meetings and events.
- Maintain Tools & Systems - Manage and maintain tools like Monday.com, ensuring all project deadlines, tasks, and deliverables are met.
- Onboard New Team Members - Facilitate the integration of new hires into the team and assist with the training of administrative support staff.
- Event Coordination - Assist with planning and organizing key events, including annual assemblies and major conferences, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Document Management - Prepare and format documents, including reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
- Confidentiality & Compliance - Safeguard confidential and sensitive information, ensuring full compliance with organizational policies.Qualifications:- Education & Experience - A DEC in secretarial studies or a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Tech-Savvy - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable with digital tools (knowledge of Monday.com is a plus).
- Detail-Oriented - Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
