Salary: Up to 90K

The senior accountant will have the following responsibilities, among others:- Carry out general accounting for various projects;
- Prepare monthly internal financial statements;
- Ensure the accounting of investments and other transactions;
- Review the work of an accounting technician;
- Produce P&L and budget variance analyses;
- Validate all financial data from external partners;
- Validate the capitalization of eligible transactions;
- All other related tasksQualifications
We are looking for the following qualifications for this Senior Accountant position:- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting;
- Bilingual french-english;
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry, an asset;
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting;
- Autonomy, resourcefulness and sense of responsibility.Summary
