Sales Representative

to connect with clients, identify their needs, and provide solutions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities



Identify client requirements and match them with appropriate products or services. Present product benefits effectively to potential and existing customers. Discuss prices, terms, and conditions while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Foster positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new customers through referrals, cold calling, or networking. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Stay informed about competitors' offerings, pricing, and trends. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly. Prepare sales reports and monitor individual performance.

Schedule

: Full-time. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Salary

: 51,000$ base salary during the first year. After, 30,000$ Base Salary + Commission.

Principales responsabilites



Determiner les besoins des clients et les associer aux produits ou services appropries. Presenter efficacement les avantages du produit aux clients potentiels et existants. Discuter des prix, des modalites et des conditions tout en assurant la satisfaction mutuelle. Favoriser des relations positives pour assurer la satisfaction et la fidelisation de la clientele. Identifiez de nouveaux clients par le biais de references, d'appels telephoniques ou de reseautage. Atteindre ou depasser les objectifs et les quotas de vente. Restez informe des offres, des prix et des tendances des concurrents. Resolvez rapidement les demandes et les plaintes des clients. Preparer des rapports de vente et surveiller le rendement individuel.

Communication :

Competences exceptionnelles en communication verbale et ecrite en anglais et en francais.

Negociation :

Capacite a persuader et a conclure des transactions de vente efficacement.

Horaire :

Temps plein. Du lundi au vendredi de 8 h a 16 h

Salaire :

salaire de base de 51 000 $ au cours de la premiere annee. Apres, 30 000$ de salaire de base + commission.
