POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive sales of our innovative Multihousing access control solutions business across Quebec and the Maritime provinces. Based ideally in the Greater Toronto Area, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge security technology while building lasting relationships with integrators and distributors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Generate opportunities with property managers, developers, and facility owners through prospecting, networking, and consultative selling Build relationships with integrators and distributors to expand our market reach Maintain existing customer relationships while identifying additional opportunities Develop Quebec and Maritime markets through strategic outreach and relationship building

WHAT WE REQUIRE

2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in security, technology, or construction-related industries Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse internal and external stakeholder groups Business-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint, and email management systems

WHAT WE PREFER

Salesforce.com or similar customer relationship management platform experience Familiarity with door hardware, access control systems, or electronic security products Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field

Generer des opportunites aupres des gestionnaires immobiliers, promoteurs et proprietaires d'installations grace a la prospection, le reseautage et la vente-conseil Developper des relations avec les integrateurs et distributeurs pour elargir notre portee de marche Maintenir les relations clients existantes tout en identifiant des opportunites supplementaires Developper les marches du Quebec et des Maritimes par le biais d'approches strategiques et de developpement de relations

CE QUE NOUS EXIGEONS



2+ annees d'experience reussie en vente B2B, idealement dans les secteurs de la securite, de la technologie ou de la construction Excellentes competences en communication avec la capacite de livrer des presentations convaincantes a divers groupes d'intervenants internes et externes Maitrise de l'anglais des affaires avec d'excellentes competences en communication ecrite et verbale Connaissance avancee de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint et des systemes de gestion des courriels

CE QUE NOUS PREFERONS



Experience avec Salesforce.com ou une plateforme similaire de gestion de la relation client Familiarite avec la quincaillerie de porte, les systemes de controle d'acces ou les produits de securite electronique Baccalaureat en vente, commerce, marketing ou domaine connexe
