Role Summary

As the Sales Programs Administrator, you are responsible for supporting the Sales Team with the efficient delivery of Regional Training events and for managing the administration of the After Training Survey process for all Eminence Trainings. In this role, you will also assist the Sales & Loyalty Programs Team to deliver the operational elements of Eminence\xe2\x80\x99s sales programs reliably and efficiently, while continually seeking opportunities to streamline and improve processes and assist with optimizing organizational return on effort. You will report directly to the Sales & Loyalty Program Manager and work closely with the Sales Programs Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with the Outside Sales Team and Customer Education Team to coordinate the locations, dates, and staffing needs for Eminence\'s Regional Training Events. These events occur throughout the year with the number of attendees ranging from 50-200 spa professionals.
  • Coordinate venue booking logistics, catering requirements, the gathering of educational content needs, and shipping of support materials.
  • Oversee event registration in partnership with the Inside Sales Team.
  • Liaise with the Supply Chain Team to ship supplies and equipment for events as required.
  • Coordinate the collection of feedback and After Training Surveys, support debrief meetings, and prepare reports to distribute to key stakeholders
  • Partner with the Sales & Loyalty Program Manager, Director of Outside Sales, and VP of Sales & Business Development on budgeting for the Regional Training events and coordinate expense reimbursements and vendor invoice submissions to the Eminence\xe2\x80\x99s Finance team.
  • Maintain Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) documentation and contribute to process improvement discussions.
  • Work with the Sales Program Coordinator to set up and track the progress of timelines for Sales Programs, including but not limited to:
  • Annual forecasting process
  • Sales performance reviews (Spa Locator & House Move Reviews)
  • Cross Departmental programs (Planogram, Holiday Gifting, Year-end Mailing)
  • Travel may be requested to attend and/or support events in North America.
Qualifications
  • Project coordination and general administration experience \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 2 years
  • Sales support or equivalent experience \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 1 year
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 1 year
  • Event Planning or Coordination experience \xe2\x80\x93 an asset
  • Project Management & Event Management/Ticketing software experience, e.g., Asana, Trello, Excel, MS Project, Eventbrite - an asset
  • Experience working on-site with venue support or technical personnel - an asset.
  • Experience coordinating virtual events or webinars e.g., Zoom, Eventbrite Online Events \xe2\x80\x93 an asset
  • Background in the Esthetics or Health and Beauty industry - an asset
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and prioritizing capabilities
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and computer skills (especially MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams)
