Role Summary
As the Sales Programs Administrator, you are responsible for supporting the Sales Team with the efficient delivery of Regional Training events and for managing the administration of the After Training Survey process for all Eminence Trainings. In this role, you will also assist the Sales & Loyalty Programs Team to deliver the operational elements of Eminences sales programs reliably and efficiently, while continually seeking opportunities to streamline and improve processes and assist with optimizing organizational return on effort. You will report directly to the Sales & Loyalty Program Manager and work closely with the Sales Programs Coordinator.
