Position: Field-Experienced Damage Prevention Program Administrator
Location: Toronto
Job Type: Full-time 1-year contract (hybrid work model)

Quantum is a leading provider of talent solutions, partnering with industry leaders to fulfill their staffing needs. Currently, we are recruiting a dedicated and field-experienced Damage Prevention Program Administrator on behalf of our client a leading utilities company.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university. The ideal candidate will possess three or more years of progressive administration experience at a medium to large organization, with a key focus on field operations. Certification as an Ontario Regional Common Ground Alliance (ORCGA) Damage Prevention Technician (DPT) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize field experience to support leaders in calendar management and meeting preparation
- Engage with process stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables in alignment with field operations
- Act as the initial contact for internal/external inquiries, filtering and responding independently with a keen understanding of on-site challenges
- Deliver presentations and liaise with leaders and professionals on processes and administrative initiatives, drawing from practical field insights
- Provide record management and perform ad hoc duties for effective team administration, considering the unique requirements of fieldwork
- Assemble agendas, action logs, and pertinent documents, incorporating on-site perspectives to update Management Systems regularly
- Maintain close working relationships with field team members to proactively ensure department processes are effective in real-world scenarios
- Contribute to the advancement of departmental processes and system enhancements for improved efficiency, with a special emphasis on field operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university
- Two or more years of progressive administration experience at a medium to large organization, with a focus on field operations
- Ontario Regional Common Ground Alliance (ORCGA) Damage Prevention Technician (DPT) Certification membership and training considered an asset
- Experience working with large ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Highly skilled in the use of software, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and electronic calendar/mail software
- Strong understanding of workflows and ability to learn and adapt to new software/applications, such as document management systems and collaboration tools
- Must have full Ontario G driver\'s license
