Overview:

Chem Science Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time, permanent Sales Order Administrator. Our team is looking for a driven, independent, and knowledgeable individual ready to grow and excel in their career!

Duties:

Order entries, and prepare quotes and invoices. Enter and update all E-Commerce Web portal /ERP system data entry tasks. Check inventory to ensure the requested product is available. Computes price and any appropriate discounts Handles customer complaints and Verifies customer information is correct and up-to-date. Check customer accounts for credit and outstanding payments Utilizes computerized software/CRM to enter all information accurately and efficiently. Informs customer of the shipping date and any possible delays. Notifies the appropriate department of order and shipping date. Reviews orders for accuracy and completion. Reply and follow up with emails. Files copies of all orders received. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area. Other duties as assigned.

Skills:



Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

Google (Drive/Sheets/Chat)

. Ability to organize, manage time, and meet tight deadlines Ability to work well with others

Experience & Education:



DEC, BAC, or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years experience in an Invoicing, Operations, or Quoting role. 2-4 years experience in Distribution or Manufacturing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.28 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
