We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and providing exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. The Order Administrator will serve as a key point of contact for customers, facilitating smooth order processing and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Working Hours are from 7am to 4pm (Sunday to Thursday)
Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any potential issues
Maintain organized records of orders, customer interactions, and follow-up actions
Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and professional communication
Collaborate with sales teams to support order fulfillment and address any discrepancies
Assist in training new staff on order processing procedures and best practices
Review and issue sales/sales return credits
Invoicing and filling
Report Preparation
Other duties as assigned
Experience
Proficiency in English is required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and effective interaction
Familiarity with upselling techniques and strategies to enhance customer engagement
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
